Welcome To GACCP
The Georgia Association of Community Care Providers is a group of providers through out the State of Georgia that helps those persons who are elderly and or functionally impaired to continue to live in the community.
GACCP affords numerous opportunities for our membership to network with other providers for discussion of issues and exchange of ideas. We closely work with state officials of the Department of Human Resources, Division of Aging.
We maintain an administrative office where by all membership throughout the state having toll free access to our Executive Director. Please peruse our site, the information presented and contact our state office or access the links provided.
GACCP Members can now administer the PCA Test documents from the new online Members Area. Current members have received a user id and password. Login using the boxes on the left. If you are a current member and cannot locate your login information, please email the GACCP Administrative office to receive. Your membership must be current for the fiscal year to receive access to the members area.
If you are not a GACCP member and need a login, please submit an application and payment. All applications are approved by the GACCP board before logins can be set up.
Non-Members can now purchase a one-time PCA test by creating a new user id to the left. Once you receive your login information, you will be given the option to purchase a PCA test for $10.00. We recommend creating the login for the person the test is being administered to.
